As a Director of Sales and Leasing in Connecticut, Kris oversaw new developments as well as a mansion portfolio in Back-Country Greenwich.
As a Director of Sales and Marketing in Westchester, New York, Kris spearheaded new home sales and marketing efforts at the Westchester Trump and Ritz-Carlton developments. Working closely with developers on pre-development planning, floor plan design, and implementation of marketing campaigns, from concept to closing, gives Kris a distinct edge.
Kris has managed high-end luxury apartment community lease-ups and acquisitions honing her insight on all areas of real estate, from managing budgets to daily operations throughout Westchester, Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York City.
